WHILE INVENTING IS LINEAR…

Starting with a problem and ending with a solution, this is only the trunk of your patent.

We strive to help you add the  “branches” of variants at the decision points along the discovery path. A large area of shade in the patent space is our goal.

We have the knowledge and skills to consult in your on-going research, review results, and translate the extent of discoveries into a patent application that will align with your commercialization plans.  We have eliminated the barrier to information exchange by not charging for technical team discussions. We serve the needs of companies, academic, other law firms, and governments; both domestic and international.

Need help reimagining how patents can create value? We work collaboratively to educate patent examiners as to why claims should be allowed instead of expensive and protracted arguments. If litigation arises, we work to find the best counsel for you, regardless of geography.

We enjoy our work, each other, and our clients to create a collaborative and flexible team. Virtual, with most staff located in metropolitan Detroit, Michigan, our overhead is low, our rates competitive, and our work ethic is strong.
